All orders placed through Gigii’s may be returned via UPS — our designated international shipping partner — to any destination worldwide, provided that the return complies with our return policy. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, a return request must be submitted to Gigii’s via the Contact Us section within 14 days from the date the order was originally delivered.

Gigii’s is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may arise during the return shipment.

All return shipments must be sent in their original packaging and must include the return declaration provided by the shipping carrier.
