GİGİİ'S Delivery-Return-Shipping Policy

How is the delivery process carried out?

In online shopping at www.gigiis.com, GİGİİ'S aims at the principle of unconditional customer satisfaction. Shipping is free on all your orders.

Free shipping: All your orders are sent free of charge with the "contracted courier company". Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by cargo within 10 working days. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

In accordance with the relevant legislation; By service providers (postal-courier companies), during the delivery of postal items to the recipient; as a minimum; The name, surname, TR identity number (passport number for foreign nationals, the number of the equivalent document with international validity or the document number used to determine the identity issued by the Turkish authorities) of the recipient is recorded and it is kept confidential for at least two years to present to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the buyer does not want to give his identity information, the shipment is not delivered but returned to the sender.

How can I change the product I purchased?

You can change your unused and unmodified products that you have purchased from www.gigiis.com ,together with your invoice or receipt at GIGI's store within 30 days at the latest from the invoice date,

How can I return the product I purchased? And what are the return conditions?

In order to return the unused and unmodified products that you have purchased, together with your invoice or receipt, within 30 days from the invoice date, you must first select the relevant order from the "My Account" tab on   www.gigiis.com and create your request. Click on the "Delivered for Cargo" text on the order line and you can start the process by selecting the product you want to return and your reason for return with the "Return Order" prompt on the page that opens. Afterward, you can send your return shipment to any "contracted courier company" by following the instructions in the return information form that comes out of your package. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returns. As the delivery address, you can paste the address sticker on the return form on the cargo bag and send your cargo to us. When your product reaches our relevant unit, if the product meets the return conditions, your transaction will be started according to the payment type and the product price will be returned to your account. You can follow the status of your return request from the "My Returns" section on the My Account page.

The products you want to return are examined by the relevant units and go to the approval stage for their return. This process can take 2 to 5 business days on average.

Make sure that the original packaging of the items you want to return is undamaged and unused. Returns of products that have not been damaged as a result of misuse are accepted. You can change the product you have purchased from our stores. Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used, and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all your copies must be sent along with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for non-invoice products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the exchange and return of earrings, jewelry, headbands, tiaras, and similar personal use products due to hygienic reasons.

  • For products that can be returned conditionally, such as specially designed products, body, underwear, swimwear, bikini;
  • Unopened packaging
  • Untested
  • Unspoilt
  • They can be returned if they have not been used. If these conditions are not met, no refund will be made.
  • If products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refund will be made.

When you make your payment in installments, your refund will be reflected on your card every month as a plus balance equal to the installment amounts. The reflection of the refund on your credit card in installments every month is entirely related to the processes and practices of the banks.

Can I return from the store?

You can return the products you bought from gigis.com to our store, but the person who will come for the return must make an appointment beforehand. You can return the order amount to your credit card or get a credit check (gift card). You can use your credit check within 1 (one) year from the date it is issued. Otherwise, it will not be used.

Do I pay shipping fee when returning the product?

No, you can return all your standard shipments free of charge without using the same-day delivery service.

If I want to change the product, do I pay the shipping fee?

When it is requested to replace the product with another product, the exchange is free of charge, for once, in the exchange transactions to be made within the contracted courier company. Otherwise, the fee belongs to the buyer.
